No judgment.

A note on safety: for everyone's protection, some situations (active mold, biohazards, pest infestations, or unsafe structures) require licensed specialists. If your job needs one, we'll tell you honestly and point you in the right direction.

Most of our clients waited longer than they wanted to before reaching out — because they were embarrassed.

If that's you, please hear this: needing help with your home is normal. Depression, burnout, grief, new babies, big moves, health challenges, or just plain busy life — they all show up in our spaces. Reaching out isn't admitting failure. It's the first step of your reset.

About

Hi, I'm Catherine.

I started Kind Clean Co. because I believe something simple: everyone deserves help without shame.

I've seen how a messy or overwhelming home can weigh on a person — how it can make you avoid inviting people over, dread walking in your own door, or feel like you're failing at something everyone else has figured out. (Spoiler: they haven't. Everyone's house gets messy. Mine included.)

I also know what it feels like when a space finally gets reset. The relief. The deep breath. The “I can actually think in here again.” That transformation is why I do this work.

I bring a genuinely judgment-free attitude, an eye for transformation, complete respect for your privacy, and honest, practical help — every single visit.

How It Works

From “I need help” to “I love my home”

We've made this as easy and low-pressure as possible — because we know the first message can be the hardest part.

Reach out

Message us on Facebook or the form below. “My kitchen is out of control, can you help?” is a perfect first message.

Tell us about your space

A few friendly questions: what area, roughly how big, and what kind of help. Photos help — only if you're comfortable.

Get your honest estimate

A clear price range and exactly what's included. If anything changes in person, we talk first — never after.

We work our magic

We arrive fully supplied. Help sort, or put your feet up — your call. No consent, no camera. Ever.

Enjoy your reset

Walk in and breathe. Pay by cash, Venmo, or Cash App at completion. Reviews mean the world to us.

A note on photos & privacy

Nothing is ever posted without your written consent — and even with consent, we never share names, faces, addresses, or any identifying details. Our comment sections are moderated, and shaming comments are deleted immediately.

FAQ

Questions everyone asks
(and a few you're too polite to)

“My house is really, really bad. Will you still come?”

Yes. And we promise you: it is not as bad as you think it is, and it is definitely not the worst we've seen. Overwhelmed spaces are literally our specialty. You will get zero judgment from us — just steady, kind help.

“Do I need to clean before you come?”

Please don't! Pre-cleaning for the cleaner defeats the whole purpose. Come-as-you-are applies to your home, too.

“Will you post pictures of my house online?”

Only if you say yes — in writing — and even then, never with names, faces, addresses, or anything identifying. If you prefer total privacy, no photos are taken at all. Your comfort comes first, always.

“What areas do you serve?”

Utah County and surrounding areas, including Provo, Orem, Springville, Spanish Fork, Lehi, and American Fork. Not sure if you're in range? Just ask.

“How much does it cost?”

Basic cleans start at $80, home resets at $120, heavy resets at $200, and move-in/move-out cleans at $150. Every job gets an honest estimate up front based on the size and condition of the space — and we tell you before anything changes, never after.

“Do you bring your own supplies?”

Yes — we arrive fully stocked with cleaning supplies and equipment. If you'd prefer we use specific products (for allergies, pets, or preference), just let us know.

“Are there jobs you can't take?”

For safety reasons, we can't handle active mold beyond small surface areas, biohazards, pest infestations, or structurally unsafe spaces. Those need licensed specialists, and we'll be honest with you and help point you in the right direction.

“Can you help me organize, or just clean?”

Both! Our Home Reset and Heavy Reset services include decluttering and organizing support. We'll sort alongside you (or for you) and set up systems that make the space easier to keep up.

“I'm dealing with depression / grief / a hard season. Is that okay?”

More than okay — it's a big part of why this business exists. A hard season shows up in our homes, and getting help with the physical space can genuinely lighten the mental load. We're not therapists and don't pretend to be, but we are kind, private, and judgment-free help for the part we can fix.

“How do I pay?”

Cash, Venmo, or Cash App at completion of the job. Simple as that.

Get Started

The hardest part is sending the first message

So let's make it easy. You don't need the perfect words. You don't need to explain how things got this way. You don't need to apologize for anything.

Just tell us:

  1. What space needs help (kitchen, bedroom, whole house — anything)
  2. Roughly how big it is
  3. What kind of help you want (basic clean, reset, or deeper support)

We'll reply with a few quick questions, give you a clear price range, and find a day that works for you. No pressure, no obligation, no judgment — at any point.

Private & judgment-free. We'll never share anything you send us.

Message sent ♥

Thank you for reaching out — that first step is the hardest one, and you just took it. We'll reply soon with a friendly hello and a few quick questions.
